Most people that want to lose weight want to do it almost immediately.
We all know humans cannot just magically change their weight.
However, there are methods, though some quite drastic, that we can use to lose weight quickly.

Try a juice or detox diet.
The name of the diet describes exactly what you are going to be doing, which is drinking nothing but juice for the duration of the diet.
When choosing the type of juice to drink be sure to use one that isn’t so rich in sugar as this will keep you feeling hungry throughout the diet.
I don’t suggest trying this diet for more than three days at a time because it is a pretty drastic measure.
Intense physical training and dieting.
The goal with this method would be to try to get in as much exercise each day as you can.
The best way to do this would be a combination of both strength training and cardio.
Remember that any exercise you do must be extremely intense. This may mean pushing yourself until you literally can’t complete another rep or second.
As for the food portion of the diet, you will need to almost completely cut out sugars and carbs. That means no sodas, fast food, fried foods, or useless snacking.
Be sure to drink plenty of water each day.
If you are looking to lose weight fast then you need to make sure that you are drinking nothing but water.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. If you want to help your chances add plenty of ice to the water as ice water will burn a decent amount of calories.
