This is an easy one. A definite no, your dog can NOT and should NEVER eat grapes.
Grapes are well-known to be highly toxic to any dog's health. There is no known reason what causes toxicity in dogs. No proven amount of grapes that is safe to feed to dogs, so it's best to not give them even one, whether it is either peeled or seedless.
Let's get this out there - grapes can be lethal to dogs. If a dog eats grapes it can lead to acute kidney failure. If a dog does somehow get into grapes there are a few signs to tell. They may have vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, lethargy and weakness, abdominal pain, dehydration, tremors, seizures, kidney failure, and increased thirst or urine production.
If you find out your dog has eaten grapes you will need to induce vomiting as soon as possible and definitely take them to get treated at your nearest vet. ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center stated that they had received around 3,700 phone calls that had to do with grapes in 2016.
A good rule of thumb is to just make sure your dog does not eat any grapes. Keep them out of reach of the dog and make sure they don't eat any that may have accidentally fallen on the floor.
